Do I need to be present for my delivery

Our deliveries require a signature so please have someone available to sign for the order if you are not present. If that is not possible, you may request to pick up the order from your local FedEx or UPS depot by contacting them directly once you have your tracking number.

FedEx and UPS offer a free service where they alert you of any packages being delivered to your address. All you have to do is create a username in the following links:

How long in advance should I place my order?

You can request a delivery date for an order up to 7 days prior to your special event/occasion. If you have a lot of preparation to do, we advise that you schedule it for 2-3 days before your event so there’s time for your flowers to hydrate, get prepped, and open to the perfect stage.

Something has come up! Can I change my order?

We get it, life is a little crazy. We can modify an existing order if we receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes to your order before the 7 day limit, please send an e-mail to info@samisachaflowers.com, with the subject heading CHANGE TO ORDER # and the order number in question.

In the body of the email, please include your order number along with your name, address, contact information and changes you would like to make. You will receive a verification email of the changes made to your order within 7 business days.

Ranunculus have naturally curvy stems, and they carry most of their beauty up top, which means the stems have a natural tendency to bend. A bit of wire helps them hold a straight, upright shape.

The stems are hollow and susceptible to bending and crushing. Cut the bottom of the stems at a diagonal one to two inches with sharp shears, remove all foliage that would sit in the water, and place them in water to hydrate.

They arrive fairly closed but once they have fresh water they are quick to open. Snip the stems and change the water every day if possible. These stems clog easily, but with a bit of attention they can last for several weeks.

Recommended Delivery Date: 2 days before your event / Keep flowers away from excessive heat.

Ranunculus tend to have stems that snap. With a little floral wire to reinforce or to serve as a stem, you can keep using them without issue. They are a little fickle and can pop open prematurely in a warm room, so it is good practice to order a little extra and babysit them if they are for an event.

Plays well with roses, anemones and gypsophilia.
