Caring for your Kale

Straight from our growers' notes: how to unbox these stems, how to keep them, and what they look good next to.

Pop them into some fresh water right away. Do not keep this in a refrigerator or spot set below 55 degrees F.

Use Kale Feather King Brassicas as a focal flower to add rich texture and volume to arrangements. Their ruffled, feather-like foliage pairs beautifully with roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, and eucalyptus, creating depth and contrast. Ideal for garden-style, rustic, autumn, and winter designs, they work especially well in centerpieces, bouquets, and large installations where their unique structure can stand out.
