Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Sami Sacha Flowers collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to samisachaflowers.com, its subdomains, and any order you place with us.
Sami Sacha Flowers is operated by Del Alma Group LLC. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean Del Alma Group LLC.
Notice at collection
This is the short version. The rest of the policy explains each point in detail.
- Identifiers — name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, IP address, device and cookie identifiers. Used to take and deliver your order, to answer you, to prevent fraud, and to send you marketing if you asked for it. The online identifiers are shared for advertising.
- Commercial information — what you bought, what you looked at, what you paid, delivery dates. Used to fulfill and support your order and to improve what we offer. Shared for advertising.
- Internet activity — pages viewed, time on site, the page that sent you to us. Used to keep the site working and to measure our advertising. Shared for advertising.
- Approximate location — at city level, inferred from your IP address. Used to estimate shipping and show relevant content. Shared for advertising.
- Account credentials — if you create an account. Used to let you sign in and see your orders. Not shared for advertising.
- Messages you send us — used to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. Not shared for advertising.
We do not collect or store your card number. When you pay, your card details go directly to our payment processors. We receive only the result of the payment, the card brand and the last four digits.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share some of it with advertising platforms, which California law treats as "sharing." You can opt out at any time, and the section on California rights below explains how.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as California law defines it, and we do not use or disclose any such information for purposes that would give you a right to limit it.
Where the information comes from
- From you, when you order, create an account, subscribe, fill in a form, or write to us.
- From your device, automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site.
- From our service providers, such as our payment processors and our fraud prevention tools.
- From advertising platforms, which tell us how our ads performed.
How we use it
- To take, process, ship and support your orders, including subscription orders.
- To contact you about an order, a delivery or a question you sent us.
- To send you marketing email, if you asked to receive it. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep the site secure and to detect and prevent fraud.
- To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information to make decisions about you by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
Service providers. Companies that do work for us and may only use the information to do it: our ecommerce platform, our subscription management provider, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and messaging tools, customer support tools, and analytics providers.
Advertising and shopping platforms. We use advertising, catalog and measurement tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. Our product catalog is listed on those platforms, and their tools set cookies and send them online identifiers and information about what you did on our site, so they can measure our advertising and show you our ads. Under California law this is "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising," and you can opt out of it.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when the law requires it, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this policy, and we will tell you if the policy changes.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: for as long as our tax, accounting and audit obligations require.
- Account records: while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back or a dispute arises.
- Subscription records: while your subscription is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep proof of your consent to it.
- Marketing contact records: until you unsubscribe, plus the time we need to keep honoring your unsubscribe.
- Website and advertising identifiers: for the life of the cookie, which varies by tool and is generally no more than two years.
- Messages you send us: for as long as we need them to support you and to resolve any related dispute.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them in three ways:
- Necessary: to keep your cart, keep you signed in, and keep the site secure. The site does not work without these.
- Analytics: to understand which pages people use, so we can improve them.
- Advertising: to measure our ads and to show them to you on Meta and TikTok.
You can refuse analytics and advertising cookies through the banner on our site, and you can change your mind at any time through the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies, though blocking necessary cookies will stop parts of the site from working.
Your California privacy rights
This section applies to California residents and supplements everything above.
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, with the exceptions the law allows.
- Correct personal information about you that is inaccurate.
- Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service.
How to exercise them
To opt out of sharing for advertising: use the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of any page. You do not need an account and we will not ask you to create one.
For any other request: email info@samisachaflowers.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, call (385) 294 0150, or write to us at the postal address at the end of this policy.
Before we act on a request to know, delete or correct, we verify who you are by matching the information in your request against our records. For an order-related request we will usually ask for the email address and order number. An authorized agent may submit a request for you if they give us written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you to confirm.
We answer opt-out requests within 15 business days. We answer requests to know, delete or correct within 45 days, and we may extend that once by a further 45 days, in which case we will tell you.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, for that browser on that device. You do not need to do anything else.
Minors
Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to info@samisachaflowers.com and we will delete it.
Shine the Light
California residents may ask once a year for a list of the personal information we disclosed to third parties for those parties' own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose. You may still send the request to the contact details below.
If you live in another state
Several other states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana, give their residents similar rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of targeted advertising. If you live in one of those states you may use the same contact details below, and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you. Where that law gives you a right to appeal a decision we make, you may appeal by replying to our response.
Email and text messages
We send marketing email only to people who asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it promptly. If you give us your email address only to place an order, we use it for that order and for service messages about it.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the risk low and we will notify you if a breach affects your information and the law requires notice.
Links to other sites
Our site links to sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version took effect. If we make a significant change we will give you notice on the site before it takes effect.
