How long in advance should I place my order?

You can request a delivery date for an order up to 7 days prior to your special event/occasion. If you have a lot of preparation to do, we advise that you schedule it for 2-3 days before your event so there’s time for your flowers to hydrate, get prepped, and open to the perfect stage.

Something has come up! Can I change my order?

We get it, life is a little crazy. We can modify an existing order if we receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes to your order before the 7 day limit, please send an e-mail to info@samisachaflowers.com, with the subject heading CHANGE TO ORDER # and the order number in question.

In the body of the email, please include your order number along with your name, address, contact information and changes you would like to make. You will receive a verification email of the changes made to your order within 7 business days.

1. Unpack Carefully

Remove Queen Anne’s Lace from its packaging gently, as its delicate blooms and stems can be easily damaged.

2. Trim the Stems

Using clean, sharp floral shears, cut approximately 1–2 inches from the bottom of each stem at a 45° angle to improve water absorption.

3. Remove Lower Foliage

Strip away any leaves or foliage that would sit below the waterline to help keep the water clean and reduce bacterial growth.

4. Hydrate Immediately

Place the stems in a clean vase or bucket filled with fresh, cool water and floral food. Allow them to hydrate for several hours before designing.

5. Keep Them Cool

Store in a cool environment away from direct sunlight, heat sources, drafts, and ripening fruit.

6. Refresh Regularly

Change the water every 1–2 days, clean the container, and re-trim the stems when necessary to maintain freshness.

Pro Tip: Queen Anne’s Lace has naturally airy and delicate blooms. Give the stems enough room while hydrating to prevent crushing and help preserve their beautiful, cloud-like shape.

Use Queen Anne’s Lace to introduce airy texture, movement, and a natural garden-inspired feel to floral designs. Its delicate, lace-like blooms work beautifully as a soft transition between larger focal flowers and greenery.

For a romantic look, pair it with roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, or garden roses. Let some stems extend slightly beyond the main arrangement to create an organic, effortless silhouette. For modern designs, use it more sparingly to add subtle texture and negative space without overwhelming the focal blooms.
