Do I need to be present for my delivery

Our deliveries require a signature so please have someone available to sign for the order if you are not present. If that is not possible, you may request to pick up the order from your local FedEx or UPS depot by contacting them directly once you have your tracking number.

How long in advance should I place my order?

You can request a delivery date for an order up to 7 days prior to your special event/occasion. If you have a lot of preparation to do, we advise that you schedule it for 2-3 days before your event so there’s time for your flowers to hydrate, get prepped, and open to the perfect stage.

Something has come up! Can I change my order?

We get it, life is a little crazy. We can modify an existing order if we receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes to your order before the 7 day limit, please send an e-mail to info@samisachaflowers.com, with the subject heading CHANGE TO ORDER # and the order number in question.

In the body of the email, please include your order number along with your name, address, contact information and changes you would like to make. You will receive a verification email of the changes made to your order within 7 business days.

Pop them into some fresh water right away. Do not keep this in a refrigerator or spot set below 55 degrees F.

Because Musa Linda flowers mature by unrolling their heavy pink layers one by one, place them where guests can see them up close. They make incredible focal anchors for entry table arrangements where people can admire the hidden banana fingers.

Frame the brilliant fuchsia-pink tone of the Musa Linda with crisp, solid neutrals. Ringing the base of this flower with Anthurium Green or a clean collar of Musa Leaves makes the bold pink pop with serious editorial power.

These stems are thick, sturdy, and carry a massive amount of physical weight up top. Always make sure your vase is heavy (think stone, ceramic, or thick glass) or weighted with river rocks at the bottom so your arrangement stays perfectly upright.

Like all elite tropicals, never place your Musa Linda in a floral refrigerator. Keep them happy at room temperature, give the thick stems a fresh angled slice to boost water absorption, and mist the flower head twice a day with room-temperature water to maximize its 10-to-12-day vase life.
