Do I need to be present for my delivery

Our deliveries require a signature so please have someone available to sign for the order if you are not present. If that is not possible, you may request to pick up the order from your local FedEx or UPS depot by contacting them directly once you have your tracking number.

How long in advance should I place my order?

You can request a delivery date for an order up to 7 days prior to your special event/occasion. If you have a lot of preparation to do, we advise that you schedule it for 2-3 days before your event so there’s time for your flowers to hydrate, get prepped, and open to the perfect stage.

Something has come up! Can I change my order?

We get it, life is a little crazy. We can modify an existing order if we receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes to your order before the 7 day limit, please send an e-mail to info@samisachaflowers.com, with the subject heading CHANGE TO ORDER # and the order number in question.

In the body of the email, please include your order number along with your name, address, contact information and changes you would like to make. You will receive a verification email of the changes made to your order within 7 business days.

Create an effortless, luxurious tropical table landscape. Lay large Musa Leaves directly down the center of a long table, slightly overlapping them like oversized scales. Intersperse them with votive candles and bright focal blooms like Anthurium Hot Pink tucked directly between the leaf folds.

In nature, banana leaves naturally split along their horizontal veins to let the wind blow through them. If your leaves arrive with minor splits or "fraying" along the edges, don't panic! This is completely normal and adds to the authentic, wild jungle aesthetic. If you prefer a completely clean, un-split edge, simply handle them gently and use sharp floral shears to trim away any frayed tips.
