Do I need to be present for my delivery

Our deliveries require a signature so please have someone available to sign for the order if you are not present. If that is not possible, you may request to pick up the order from your local FedEx or UPS depot by contacting them directly once you have your tracking number.

FedEx and UPS offer a free service where they alert you of any packages being delivered to your address. All you have to do is create a username in the following links:

How long in advance should I place my order?

You can request a delivery date for an order up to 7 days prior to your special event/occasion. If you have a lot of preparation to do, we advise that you schedule it for 2-3 days before your event so there’s time for your flowers to hydrate, get prepped, and open to the perfect stage.

Something has come up! Can I change my order?

We get it, life is a little crazy. We can modify an existing order if we receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes to your order before the 7 day limit, please send an e-mail to info@samisachaflowers.com, with the subject heading CHANGE TO ORDER # and the order number in question.

In the body of the email, please include your order number along with your name, address, contact information and changes you would like to make. You will receive a verification email of the changes made to your order within 7 business days.

Use these massive leaves to create structural boundaries or backdrops in large installations. Layer them overlapping one another on a ceremony arch or photo wall to form a seamless, rich green "wallpaper" effect.

Instead of a traditional eucalyptus runner, lay Large Alocasia leaves flat down the center of a long banquet table, slightly overlapping them like scales. Place low glass cylinders with floating candles or vibrant focal flowers directly on top of them.

Because these leaves are incredibly tough and waxy, you can roll a single Large Alocasia leaf into a tall, clear glass cylinder vase, fill it entirely with water, and submerge a striking stem like an Orchid or a Calla Lily inside.

Use their thick, sturdy stems to your advantage. If you are designing in floral foam or chicken wire, a couple of strategically placed Large Alocasia leaves at the base can instantly hide your mechanics while providing a dramatic visual anchor.
