Free shipping on all orders. *Taxes are determined based on address. Your delivery options will be calculated at checkout. Due to current conditions, delivery times may require longer lead times than usual.

Do I need to be present for my delivery

Our deliveries require a signature so please have someone available to sign for the order if you are not present. If that is not possible, you may request to pick up the order from your local FedEx or UPS depot by contacting them directly once you have your tracking number.

FedEx and UPS offer a free service where they alert you of any packages being delivered to your address. All you have to do is create a username in the following links:

How long in advance should I place my order?

You can request a delivery date for an order up to 7 days prior to your special event/occasion. If you have a lot of preparation to do, we advise that you schedule it for 2-3 days before your event so there’s time for your flowers to hydrate, get prepped, and open to the perfect stage.

Something has come up! Can I change my order?

We get it, life is a little crazy. We can modify an existing order if we receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes to your order before the 7 day limit, please send an e-mail to info@samisachaflowers.com, with the subject heading CHANGE TO ORDER # and the order number in question.

In the body of the email, please include your order number along with your name, address, contact information and changes you would like to make. You will receive a verification email of the changes made to your order within 7 business days.

-Echinaceas carry most of their beauty up top, which means their stems have a natural tendency to bend. By using just a bit of wire, you can help them retain their straight, upright shape for all of your creations. 

Snip stems and change the water every day if possible. These stems do clog easily but with just a bit of attention, they can last for several weeks. These flowers arrive fairly closed but once they have some fresh water, they’re quick to open.

Echinaceas have hollow stems and are susceptible to bending and crushing. Cut the bottom of the stems at a diagonal 1-2 inches with sharp shears and remove all foliage that will be in the water and place them in water for hydration. For longevity of the blooms re-cut and change the water every 2-3 days.

Echinaceas tend to have stems that snap. However, with a little floral wire to reinforce or serve as a stem, you can keep using them without issue. They are a little fickle and can pop open prematurely if kept in a warm environment. It’s always good practice to order a little extra and babysit them if they’re for an event.
