Free shipping on all orders. *Taxes are determined based on address. Your delivery options will be calculated at checkout. Due to current conditions, delivery times may require longer lead times than usual.

Do I need to be present for my delivery

Our deliveries require a signature so please have someone available to sign for the order if you are not present. If that is not possible, you may request to pick up the order from your local FedEx or UPS depot by contacting them directly once you have your tracking number.

FedEx and UPS offer a free service where they alert you of any packages being delivered to your address. All you have to do is create a username in the following links:

How long in advance should I place my order?

You can request a delivery date for an order up to 7 days prior to your special event/occasion. If you have a lot of preparation to do, we advise that you schedule it for 2-3 days before your event so there’s time for your flowers to hydrate, get prepped, and open to the perfect stage.

Something has come up! Can I change my order?

We get it, life is a little crazy. We can modify an existing order if we receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes to your order before the 7 day limit, please send an e-mail to info@samisachaflowers.com, with the subject heading CHANGE TO ORDER # and the order number in question.

In the body of the email, please include your order number along with your name, address, contact information and changes you would like to make. You will receive a verification email of the changes made to your order within 7 business days.

These are very long lasting flowers but should be trimmed every few days for the longest vase life. They can get slimy after a few days in water. Nothing a quick snip and new water won’t fix.

Prepare your container. Make sure they’re clean at the bottom (scrub out any gunk please) and fill them with cold water. Add flower food to the water. These little packets give flowers sustenance and reduce bacteria in the water.

Unpack your floral box. Remove the flowers from their packaging and recycle the paper packaging! 

Hydrate. Your stems have had quite the journey and need a good drink. If they’re a little soft or sad, don’t fret! They’re just parched. Cut your stems by at least an inch (or much more if you want them short) and put them in cold water to hydrate for at least an hour. 

Remove leaves. After they’ve had a drink, you can start removing leaves that will go in the vase. This reduces the water getting dirty and adding bacteria to the water later on. In other words, your flowers will live longer.
